The fifth edition I received in January 2016 still contained references to ICD-9-CM which was replaced by ICD-10-CM in October 2015. It proved to be relatively useless as a training tool for future CPC Certification Exams. I expected better with the AAPC logo. ICD-10-CM is needed now.The topical organization and explanations remain helpful. I would have loved it last year.Jim Cummings, AAPC member
Do not get this book!!! It is not going to help you with all the new updates. It has the codes for ICD 9, which was discounted last year.
Passed my exam using this; had some of the same or similar questions. I recommend it!
this book is great for tutorial before you go for the cpc exam, this is just a guide but a wonderful guide I love this book thanks amazon!!!!
